TCSA is working with the UT County Technical Assistance Service this August to host the County Officials Orientation Program (COOP), an extensive, FREE training session for newly elected county mayors, commissioners and highway officials. The TCSA portion of the week begins at 1 p.m. August 26 and runs through 12 noon Aug. 27 at the Embassy Suites in Rutherford County (Murfreesboro).
